ABOUT ME
Dedicated and experienced Exercise Physiologist specialising in persistent pain, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, dance healthcare, and high performance.
Since earning my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT in 2016, I have expanded my expertise through professional development in areas such as persistent pain science & education, clinical Pilates, strength & conditioning, dance injury management and pre-pointe assessments.
With a lifelong love for dance, I completed ATOD and RAD examinations in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and tap. Shifting from full-time dance training at QUT to Exercise Physiology allowed me to channel my curiosity about human movement.
I have a special interest in working with clients experiencing pain, discomfort, or changes in physical function. As an advocate for modern pain science, I am currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Psychology with Monash University to gain a deeper understanding of the psychological factors related to persistent pain. I find great joy in helping clients feel empowered through knowledge, acceptance, improved pain experiences, and achieving their functional goals.
I take great pride in helping dancers of all ages enhance their technique, prevent injuries, and keep dancing for life. I love guiding them to better understand their bodies, promote safe dance practices, and achieve that extra one percent of improvement. As a dancer myself, I’m committed to supporting others to enjoy dance at every stage of their journey.
