ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Bec Brown, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University and a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate persistent pain and movement challenges. My approach blends evidence-based exercise physiology with an understanding of the psychological and social factors that influence health, recovery, and wellbeing.
Over the past nine years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients in private practice — from athletes striving for high performance to individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic health conditions. I also have a strong focus on women’s health, empowering women to feel strong, capable, and confident through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause.
My lifelong love for dance led me to complete ATOD and RAD examinations in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and tap. Transitioning from full-time dance training at QUT into Exercise Physiology allowed me to channel my curiosity about human movement into helping others move with confidence and purpose.
I take great pride in supporting dancers of all ages to enhance their technique, prevent injuries, and keep dancing for life. I love helping each dancer better understand their body, build confidence in movement, and achieve that extra one percent of improvement. As a dancer myself, I’m committed to helping others experience the joy of dance at every stage of their journey.
Above all, I believe movement should feel empowering, enjoyable, and meaningful. My goal is to help every person I work with build confidence in their body, rediscover what they’re capable of, and move through life with greater ease and joy.
