Group classes combine the best of clinical Pilates and traditional resistance training, blended with mobility and stability work to help you build strength, improve movement quality, and feel more confident in your body.
Not a One-Size-Fits-All
Unlike larger group fitness classes that follow a generic program for everyone, our classes are built around you.
Before joining a class, you’ll complete an initial assessment where we’ll take the time to understand your goals, movement patterns, and any specific limitations or needs. From there, we create an individualised program designed specifically for you.
Even though you’ll be training in a group setting, your program will be tailored to your body and goals – allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Small Group Size = Personal Attention
Our classes are capped at 4 people to ensure that you receive the attention and support you need to move safely and effectively. This is very different from large reformer or strength classes where you may be one of 12–20 participants, limiting the instructor’s ability to give individual feedback.
In our small group setting, your instructor will monitor your form, provide real-time corrections, and adjust exercises as needed to keep you progressing.
