“Dancers are both athletes & artists.”
- Margot Fonteyn

My Story
A lifelong passion for dance and a deep understanding of its unique demands have shaped my commitment to supporting dancers. Growing up immersed in the world of dance, I completed ATOD and RAD examinations in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, and musical theatre, gaining firsthand insight into the artistry, technique, and resilience that dance requires.
My first year of university was spent at QUT completing a dance degree, and I loved every minute of it. It was there that I discovered Exercise Physiology and decided to make the transition, hoping to one day combine my passions for helping others and dance.
Now, as an Exercise Physiologist, I bring together my dance background and specialised training in injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and pre-pointe assessments. Witnessing dancers succeed—whether it’s mastering a step, recovering from an injury, or achieving their unique goals—fills me with pride, joy, and passion.
